What time does the security checkpoint close?

A: The TSA checkpoint closes at 30 minutes before the last SCHEDULED airline departure of the day. If the flight is delayed, the checkpoint will still close 30 minutes prior to the original scheduled departure time. Example: If the last scheduled departure is 5:40 pm, the checkpoint will close at 5:10 pm. If the departure is delayed, the checkpoint will still close at 5:10 pm. Don’t get left behind! If you don’t arrive prior to the closure of the checkpoint, you will miss your flight.
