Northwest Arkansas Avionics – the company provides avionics repair and replacement from their hangar facility in the General Aviation area at the Fort Smith Regional Airport and also at Intermountain Municipal Airport in Mena, Arkansas. Fort Smith Flying Club – a non-profit organization created to promote flying and flight training in the Arkansas River Valley region. Pilots and student pilots alike are invited to join. Southern Eagle Aviation Flight School – registered with the Arkansas Board of Education, the school has FAA certified flight instructors teaching the beginning private through advanced instrument, commercial, and flight instructor certifications.
